Return & Refund Policy

      1. We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. All donations are non-refundable and irrevocable.

     2. If you have made a genuine error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us within three (3) days of your donation and we will consider your request. Our decision shall be absolute. In the event of any refund (in exceptional cases only):

(a) all service/processing charges or fees incurred in connection with the donation and/or refund shall be borne entirely by the donor and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded; and

(b) refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
